We know you want to receive your SunGods as quickly as possible. As soon as you place your order we get to work building and packaging it ready for dispatch from our warehouse. If you've ordered before 3pm (GMT) your package will ship same day, otherwise we'll ship it on the next business day.
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
We've selected the best couriers for each country to ensure the fastest delivery times. Delivery to UK and some parts of Europe is Next Day, otherwise delivery times are generally 2-3 days.

Within the EU
Orders to countries within the EU include all taxes and duties and will not be subject to any additional charges on delivery. If you have been charged import duties, please get in touch and we will be happy to help!
Orders outside the EU
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Usually the value of your order will be below any import thresholds and no additional charges will apply, however this is at the discretion of your local government import policies. If duties or taxes do apply they must be rendered by yourself in order for your package to be delivered. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information.
Due to the custom nature of our products and each product being made-to-order from individual customer designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The SunGod Lifetime Guarantee covers all SunGod products in case of Manufacturer's Defects and Accidental Breakage. If your SunGods break (or you break them), we will repair them free of charge. Simple.
Why do we offer such a generous Guarantee? Because we know that repairing products is better for the environment (and your bank balance) than replacing them. Keeping your gear in play is better than throwing it away.
Lens scratches are not covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee.
We've done everything we can to make the lenses scratch-resistant but unfortunately it's just not possible to make scratch-proof lenses. For this reason we provide lens care instructions and a 100% microfibre pouch to store and clean your SunGods.

Please start the process by submitting a Guarantee Claim using our Return Authorisation Form. As soon as we've received your claim we'll review and approve it within 48 hours.
To submit a claim you will need to have your original order number, and also photos of the issue that can be uploaded so our team can review your case and take the necessary actions to rectify the problem. Please check your spam/junk folders for our email if you have not heard from us within two working days.

If you haven't heard anything from us regarding your package it's likely we haven't yet received it. Delivery times to back to our team can depend on the service you select when shipping them back to us. If you're in a hurry we recommend using a fast and secure delivery method.
As soon as we receive your SunGods we'll rectify the problem and ship them back out to you within one working day. We use fast worldwide courier services to return them to you (DPD or DHL normally). You'll receive an email from us as soon as they are on their way, including tracking information so you can follow their journey back to you.

When light bounces off certain surfaces it travels in a more uniform direction, this can create intense amounts of "glare" where areas appear whiter and brighter. For example, a wet road on a sunny day, or sunshine reflecting off water. This can be distracting, reducing vision and increasing eye fatigue. Polarised lenses contain an additional vertical micro-filter that blocks out the majority of this intense horizontally reflected light which reduces glare.
You cannot see a polarised lens from the outside, but when wearing the lens, the polarisation enhances colour contrasts and perception. Colours appear bolder and brighter and the increased visual clarity means your eyes are more relaxed.
In some conditions it may be preferable to have a non-polarised lens, such as snow sports where need to be able to see changes in snow conditions.

VLT (Visual Light Transmission) is a measure of the amount of white (visible) light that can pass through a lens and be detected by the eye.
We want to provide the optimum optical clarity whilst always providing the highest level of protection possible, therefore the lowest VLT SunGod offer is 11% which counts as a Category 3 lens. All lenses offer 100% UVA and UVB protection.
Lower VLT percentages are illegal to drive in in many countries and for this reason we do not offer Category 4 lenses.

Long days in the sun inevitably means you will face changing light conditions. Photochromic lenses are lenses which respond to varying light conditions. If the conditions are brighter, the lens will become darker and if the conditions become more challenging, the lens will transition to become lighter again. Your SunGods have been built to withstand any adventure, but a little extra care will ensure they last even longer.
SunGod lenses are scratch-resistant, not scratchproof. To help maintain the optical clarity of your lenses, we recommend always transporting and storing your SunGods in the 100% microfibre pouch provided.
Never place your SunGod lenses down on hard or abrasive surfaces, or leave unprotected in your pocket or bag where sharp objects may cause lens damage.
SunGod lenses should only be cleaned with provided 100% microfibre pouch. Regular cleaning will help to extend the life of your lenses.
SunGod lenses are salt water safe, but prolonged exposure may over time damage the coating on your lenses. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh warm water after exposure to salt water, sun cream or sweat.
With the right level care your lenses should stay looking and performing perfectly for many years. However if you do wish to replace your lenses, Replacement Lens Kits are available here: Shop Replacement Lens Kits

The lens with the SunGod engraving is the right lens (as you wear them). Fitting the lens into the incorrect side may lead to damage of your frame and will affect optical performance.
From the front of the frame, insert the edge of the lens into the outer edge of the opening (near the hinge). Press the front of the lens near the nosepiece until the lens clicks into place, then work around the bottom of the lens to ensure it is fully inserted. Repeat with the second lens. Our 2mm polycarbonate lenses are very strong, you may need to apply a fair amount of pressure to insert the lenses.

1. With your thumb and finger pinch the nose-piece from behind the lens to release the front of the lens.
2. Once unclipped pull the lens down from the top of the frame and out from either edge of the frame.
How to insert the lens:
1. Starting from the outside of the frame insert the top two corners of the lens into the groove located near the hinges.
2. Push the top of the lens into the lens groove in the top of the frame.
3. Pinch the nose piece from behind and push the lens so it sits clipped into the nose piece.

How to remove the lens:
Starting with your fingers directly underneath the SunGod logo on the frame, pull the top of the frame up, away from the top of the lens to remove from the fixings. Gradually work around the frame, pushing it away from the top and side fixings. Take hold of the lens on one side to remove it from the remaining fixings. Both the lens and frame are very durable so don't be afraid to use a little force when removing the lens.
How to insert the lens:
Starting on either side of the nose, insert the lens into the slot, ensuring the fixings on the frame are aligned with the small gaps on the inner lens. Once secure, continue push the lens into the fixings from this point, to either side, slotting each side into the frame. Once the bottom and each side of the lens has been secured, attach each side at the top and finish by pushing the middle part of the lens into place above the SunGod engraving.
Your SunGod Revolts™ have been designed so you can quickly and effortlessly replace your lens to adjust to varying light conditions. Inside your Revolts™ Lens Kit box there will be an insert showing how to change the lenses, however if you can't find this please follow the instructions below:
How to remove the lens:
Simply point the swivel locks located at the sides of the lenses outwards, then pull the lens away from the frame starting from under the swivel lock. You'll see the lens is held into frame with a number of small hooks which can feel very secure, however both the frame and lens are very durable so you can use a little force to remove the lens from these fixings.
How to insert the lens:
Starting with the swivel locks pointing out, put one side of the new lens under one swivel lock, and move the swivel lock into the closed position. Then insert the first three hooks into the fixing on the frame (one at the top, one at the bottom and one at the nose). Then insert the other side of the lens under the second swivel lock and move it into the closed position. Finally insert the remaining two hooks into the fixing. Check all 5 secure hooks are fully inserted, pressing from the outside and supporting from the inside if necessary.

Our products are designed at our HQ in Verbier, Switzerland and manufactured across Europe and Asia. We have worked hard to develop a supply chain built up of partners who share our values and are as committed as us in maintaining responsible and sustainable practices for their employees and the environment. We individually hand assemble all orders in the UK before shipping them direct to your door, carbon off-setting all our shipping and logistics along the chain.
Our products are made from plastic, and that's bad right? Well no, the durable and recyclable plastics we use are the most suitable materials for making products that are built to last. Much of the full life-cycle embedded carbon in eyewear products comes from shipping (which we carbon offset) and logistics and packaging (which we make from recycled and recyclable materials). By building a product that you only need to buy once, we cut out all the damage that multiple pairs of sunglasses would cause. And if your SunGods break, we'll repair them, free of charge, under our all-in Lifetime Guarantee. But we're not done there, we consider it an ongoing effort to continually reduce our collective impact and we will never stop trying to improve.
