Product doesn't match website image
As an investor in the company I am concerned that the images on the website and indeed on this email of yours, do not accurately represent the product - in the instance of these matt blue tortoise frames at least. I have attached some pictures for your info. When I first took the glasses out of their box (nicely packaged by the way) I thought that the wrong glasses had been sent and that they had matt black frames. It was only with very careful inspection that any traces of blue could be seen. This rather transformed them from feminine looking glasses (a present for my wife) to a distictly masculine look. I would imagine that others will have been similarly disappointed - perhaps not enough to complain but enough for them to reconsider further orders from the brand. I would probably not have written were I not an investor who is interested in the brand meeting its customers expectations every time.
