Biography
Katie grew up training on the plastic dry slopes of Halifax, West Yorkshire at 5 years old, before getting noticed by the British Snowboard team at thirteen years old, when she was invited to start training and competing abroad in the mountains. Today she is topping podiums alongside some of the world's top freestyle Snowboard athletes.
At only 16 years old, Katie shocked the planet by becoming the first female in the World to land a backside double cork 1080. This kick-started her road to many World Cup podiums, including a World Cup Gold, X Games Bronze and Great Britain's first Snowboard Crystal Globe and Overall World Cup title. Katie also became an Olympian at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games and is currently training for the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. Currently the World Cup Slopestyle champion, we can't wait to see what Katie will do next. Watch this space...
