Biography

The InternationElles are an international group of amateur cyclists who gather annually to ride the Tour de France route one day ahead of the men to highlight gender inequality within cycling, picking up huge amounts of support from international press, male cyclists and the UCI along the way. Whilst they have seen recent improvements in women's cycling with the addition of Paris Roubaix, they are campaigning for more races, focussing efforts on closing the pay gap between male and female cyclists, increasing sponsorship and awareness of women's racing, plus improved access to racing from grass roots up.
